My Services

For both adults and children, I recommend two 30-minute lessons per week for four consecutive weeks. Each lesson package can include up to 3 children or adults.

  • For small groups, all participants must have similar swimming abilities.

  • You must have a pool. If you don’t, let’s discuss options.

  • I charge $90 for each 30-minute swim lesson. Groups of 2 are $140/lesson. Groups of 3 are $170/lesson.

  • I charge $130 for each 50-minute water aerobics lesson. Groups of 2 are $210/lesson. Groups of 3 are $250/lesson.

Swim Lessons for Kids

Ages 2+

Structure: Two 30-minute sessions per week for four weeks.

Whether your child is new to the water or ready to refine strokes, our lessons build confidence and skills. We cover basics like breathing and floating, then progress to doggy paddle, glides, kicks, and strokes like freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly.

Swim Lessons for Adults

Structure: Two 30-minute sessions per week for four weeks ,or one 45-minute session per week for four weeks + independent workouts

Whether you're just getting comfortable in the water or ready to fine-tune your technique, our adult swim lessons meet you where you are. We'll cover fundamentals like breathing and floating, then build toward strokes like freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly.

Water Aerobics

Structure: Flexible based on your needs, but we recommend 2 50-minute sessions a week.

Whether you're looking for a low-impact workout or a fun way to stay active, our water aerobics classes offer strength, cardio, and flexibility—right in the pool. Great for all fitness levels, these sessions keep you moving and feeling energized.
